SOFIA, Sept. 15 (Xinhua) -- Russia won the group all-around title at the rhythmic gymnastics worlds here on Saturday continuing its total domination in this year's championships.
Russia gained 46.300 points, followed by Italy with 44.825, while Bulgaria took the bronze with 42.050.
Besides the medals, the three groups also became the first to qualify directly to the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. Other teams will have additional chances to qualify at competitions in 2019 and 2020.
As many as 36 groups participated in the all-around competition. China gained 36.100 points and took the 11th place.
On Sunday, the groups will compete for the titles in five hoops and three balls + two ropes.
Russia won all the seven titles at the event up to now.
More than 350 athletes from 61 countries and regions participate in the seven-day championships, which kicked off in Arena Armeec Hall on Monday.
